Generous hop boil additions of Centennial and Sultana hops give this brew plenty of bitterness as well as aromatic notes of pineapple, citrus, and pine. Those hop additions are followed by aggressive dry-hopping with Citra, and Altus, an experimental hop that imparts an intoxicating bouquet of tangerine, spice, and citrus into a malt-balanced, mahogany-hued IPA.
