Coming in at 6.5% ABV, The Empress is a Hibiscus IPA brewed using a hop blend carefully curated by the Pink Boots Society, which includes Idaho Gem and Triumph hops. This IPA has bright notes of tropical stone fruit, citrus, white wine and hints of floral from the ample amount of dried hibiscus added during the brew process. Pouring a brilliant blush with a dry finish, this is the perfect beer to sip on as we lead into those warm spring days
